Return Policy:
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your product purchase.
- Notify British Science Corporation within 30 days of receipt of any product you wish to return.
- Products must be shipped back within 14 days of the return authorization date for you to receive your refund. Please put your full name and address on all returns.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- The product(s) must be sent to the following address:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service, so that you can check the status of your return. We are not liable for any parcels lost before they reach us. We only become responsible for parcels sent back to us when they are received at our returns address. Until this point, your parcel is still in the care the postal service provider. Should your parcel be lost en route, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.

Refund Payment:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or check within 7 working days of receipt, but it could take up to 30 days.
Tele-Trichology Consultations:
British Science Corporation is a trichology practice and gives trichological advice, not medical advice.
Tele-Trichology consultation includes the practice of health care, assessment, treatment, and client education using interactive audio, video, or other data communications.
There are risks and consequences from a Tele-Trichology consultation, including, but not limited to, the possibility that despite reasonable efforts on the part of British Science Corporation, its services and care may not be as complete as face-to-face services. If British Science Corporation believes the client would be better served by another form of health-care service, the client will be referred to such service.
Please note that there are potential risks and benefits associated with any form of trichology treatment, and that despite the efforts of British Science Corporation, a client’s condition may not improve, and in some cases may even get worse. Therefore, Tele-Trichology consultation results cannot be guaranteed or assured.
