PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

This Product Return Policy ("Policy") governs the return of products purchased from British Science Formulations® LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website www.HairAndScalp.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must meet the following conditions:

· The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

· The product(s) is/are not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

· The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, the customer must:

· Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a return authorization.

· Provide the reason for the return.

· Ship the product back to the return address provided by us, using a trackable shipping method.

3. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will:

· Process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or

· Offer store credit or a replacement, if preferred by the customer.

· Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

· Personalized or custom-made products.

· Digital downloads or software.

· Gift cards.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and replace the item or issue a full refund.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

7. REFUNDS FOR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Full refund for the virtual consultation will only be given if the appointment is cancelled at least TWO full business days before the appointment. 50% refund, or store credit, will be given if the appointment is cancelled within the TWO days before the appointment. NO REFUNDS for non-cancellation or "No Show".
